GlowZest, a repurpose green innovation,  making use of discarded citrus peels and refashions them into a safe and eco-friendly natural scrub.  Previous research indicates citrus peels embodies high nutrients such as vitamin C and antioxidants, yet they are often disposed of as kitchen waste. This project is therefore aiming at reducing organic waste by recycling these materials into a chemical-free personal care product suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Through a sustainable approach, GlowZest contributes to environmental preservation, reduces consumer costs, and promotes a green lifestyle within the community. What is more, it creates community’s entrepreneurial opportunities at low production costs yet prospectively with high profit margin. This innovation not only substantiates sustainability and health goals but also raises public awareness of the importance of creativity in addressing domestic waste issues.
