Learning applications in economics have become valuable tools for improving students’ understanding of economic concepts. With the growth of technology, these tools offer more interactive and engaging experiences than traditional learning methods. This study explores the use of SPATIAL, a 3D virtual reality platform and gamified learning tool, to boost student engagement and motivation in economics. The platform includes features such as notes, tutorials, and practical exercises that support both theory and hands-on learning. It also offers flexible access to materials anytime and anywhere, encouraging personalized and self-paced learning. The study evaluated the effectiveness of this learning tool through a survey involving 52 respondents, 6 lecturers and 46 students from the Diploma in Business Management program. A questionnaire gathered their views on the application's usefulness, engagement, and educational value. Findings show that both students and lecturers found the application highly effective. It enhanced engagement, accessibility, and overall learning experience. Many respondents recommended it to peers and other vocational institutions due to its flexibility across various devices. The application also supports both online and in-person learning and promotes sustainability by reducing paper use. Overall, it presents a practical, engaging, and eco-friendly approach by being paperless, aligning with sustainability practices while providing efficient educational support.
