Lung cancer, the most commonly occurring cancer worldwide with 2.5 million new cases. Dolastatin10 (Dol-10), a leading marine pentapeptide isolated from the Ujung Kulon, Banten Cyanobacteria symploca. It effectively induces apoptosis of tumor cancer, especially lung cancer. In vitro experiments proved that Dol-10 were lethal to NCl-H69 cells (IC50=0.059 nM) with inhibition up to 53.59%. To increase the potency of Dol-10, encapsulation using solid lipid nanoparticles with microneedles was performed. In this conclusion, it provide information of Transdermal MicroRevineedle based on Dolastatin-10 Protein from Cyanobacteria symploca can have an effect as a lung cancer therapeutic agent.
