The Tangan Bicara innovation was created as an engaging and inclusive learning resource that introduces Malaysian Sign Language through a visual and digital platform that is easy to use and accessible to all. This integrated application features illustrated guides for each alphabet letter from A to Z, allowing users to tap any chosen letter such as the letter A to view the actual hand movement representing it. Tangan Bicara encourages greater understanding of non-verbal communication and fosters empathy and educational inclusion toward the deaf community. Beyond basic learning, it also incorporates simple training tasks, emotional reflection sessions, inspiring real-life stories to deepen users’ social awareness and appreciation of diversity. This project aligns closely with Inclusive education principles and supports sustainable development goals for quality education by providing an open, user-friendly medium that breaks communication barriers. Ultimately, Tangan Bicara reminds society that sign language is more than just hand gestures as it is a universal language of emotion and connection that bridges people beyond words.
