This invention introduces a novel design for a shrimp paste mould, primarily aimed at facilitating the preparation of the filling mechanism in the shrimp paste formation process. The mould is made of food-grade plastic and is specifically designed to produce small, uniform-sized shrimp paste cubes. The invention comprises a lever arm, pushing plate, reservoir, top and bottom plates, bushing, and base. This product has the potential to reduce the operating time and effort required to shape shrimp paste, improve the quality and consistency of the paste, and enhance the productivity of small-scale industries.
