This project introduces an educational innovation to the classic Jenga game by integrating mathematics-based question cards into the gameplay. The objective is to transform Jenga from a purely physical dexterity game into a dynamic learning tool that fosters critical thinking and reinforces math skills in an engaging, interactive format. In this redesigned version, namely NumBlocks each block in the Jenga tower is associated with a card containing a mathematics question. When a player selects a card, they must first solve the corresponding math problem and remove a block that display the correct answer only. This innovation combines tactile learning with cognitive challenge, supporting skills in arithmetic and problem- solving. The game can be tailored for various educational levels—ranging from elementary to high school— making it an effective tool for classrooms, tutoring sessions, and math clubs. By merging physical interaction with academic content, this Jenga variation enhances engagement, encourages peer learning, and demonstrates how gamification can be applied to reinforce educational objectives in a fun and memorable way.
