This project introduces an innovative, eco-conscious fire starter developed from natural and sustainable resources—mature coconut husk and damar tree resin wax. The coconut husk, known for its dense fibrous structure and high combustibility, serves as the core fuel material, while the damar resin wax functions as both a natural binder and combustion enhancer, ensuring a steady and prolonged flame. This synergy results in a fire starter that is not only highly efficient and user-friendly but also eliminates the reliance on hazardous chemicals typically found in commercial alternatives. Designed with environmental sustainability in mind, this product leverages biodegradable agricultural waste and forest-derived resin, aligning with global efforts to reduce carbon footprint and promote green innovation. Preliminary testing demonstrates its reliability in igniting wood or charcoal, making it ideal for applications such as outdoor cooking, camping, and emergency preparedness. This innovation not only enhances everyday utility but also reinforces the value of natural materials in creating cleaner, safer solutions for modern needs.
