NotifyEd is a web-based platform designed to streamline the submission and management of absenteeism-related documents among students in KPTM Bangi. The system eliminates traditional methods of submitting physical documents such as medical certificates and leave letters that are often inefficient, prone to loss, and difficult to track over time by upload via online portal. This ensures reliable documentation, better recordkeeping, and real-time tracking of absentee submissions.

Developed using PHP for the backend and SQL Server for database management, it allows users to upload supporting documents, provide essential details such as absence dates and reasons, and submit their information through a secure, user-friendly interface. Each submission is automatically time-stamped and stored in an organized manner, allowing administrators to easily monitor and review records in real time. The system supports multiple file formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX, JPEG) and ensures that all records are easily accessible and backed up digitally.

This system promotes transparency and operational efficiency by offering a centralized, secure, and scalable solution for absenteeism tracking.
