INTRODUCTION: Used oil disposal is a global concern due to its detrimental effects on the environment and human health. Containing hazardous substances like heavy metals and carcinogens, improper disposal poses significant risks to ecosystems. This overview delves into the challenges surrounding used oil management and the importance of recycling and re-refining methods in mitigating these issues and preserving valuable resources. With this idea, we can help to prevent cloggage. OBJECTIVE: We created this 'used oil soap' because it can be stored easily, and can last longer. It can also provides an environmentally friendly solution for oil management. METHODOLOGY: To make it, heat the waste oil and mixed it with a cup of corn flour and add some ginger. After that, filter the oil and pour it into a container. Melt the soap base [lye solution] and mix. When you're mixing, you can add some essential oil into the mixture. Then pour the mixture into a mould and kept at the room temperature for at least a day until it's solidified. After it's done, we can use start using it for our needs. RESULT AND DISCUSSION: After the soap has been made, it can now be used and start using it as a dishwashing soap, our household can also get cleaned from using this soap and it can be used to clean many variable type of place and eco-friendly to chemical-laden cleaners. Aside from that, this soap can also be make as a laundry detergent because it can remove stain odors from cloth while being gentle on fabrics and the environment. This solid form of it are useful for our lives and can help to safe the environment and nature.
