This study aimed to create a health drink using takokak fruit combined with mango essence as a natural antioxidant source. The process involved drying grinding infusion extraction freeze drying and beverage formulation. The final product is a green drink with a light and refreshing taste. This health drink is expected to be an affordable and easy to consume option that helps support better health and encourages people to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
