This project introduces Mental Health Fighter, a mobile application designed to comprehensively enhance students' mental and physical well-being. The app comprises five core features: progress tracking, goal-setting, social interaction, reflective journaling, and a reward-based incentive system. Empirical data were collected through a mixed-methods approach, involving quantitative usage metrics and qualitative feedback. Over three months, 250 students participated, revealing a significant improvement in self-reported well-being indicators, such as mood stability and reduced stress levels. App engagement analytics indicated that goal-setting and journaling were the most utilized features. Additionally, thematic analysis from user interviews highlighted increased motivation and self-awareness as key benefits of app use. These findings demonstrate the app’s practical effectiveness in supporting students' holistic well-being, suggesting its potential as a scalable mental health intervention in educational contexts
