VAULTINA - smart jewelry box is an innovative solution designed to address the inherent security and convenience limitations of traditional lock-and-key storage. This project introduces a prototype that integrates an RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) system, a micro controller, servo motors, and an OLED display to create a robust and intelligent security solution. The core novelty of this product lies in its multi-layered approach to protection. Instead of a physical key, the box is secured by an RFID tag, which must be authenticated to trigger the servo motors that operate the lid's latch and a secondary locking mechanism. Unauthorized attempts to access the box, identified by a non-matching RFID tag, trigger both an immediate visual alert on the OLED display and an audible signal from a buzzer. More importantly, the system's enhanced usefulness is highlighted by its wireless communication capability. An alert signal is transmitted to a separate micro:bit receiver, providing the owner with instant, remote notification of an attempted breach. This ensures peace of mind even when the owner is away. By combining secure, keyless access with real-time remote alerts, this smart jewelry box offers a significant improvement in the safeguarding of personal valuables, providing a practical and modern solution for enhanced security in a compact and elegant form factor.
